Terms & Conditions
Confidentiality and data integrity — internal operations system of Artirior Contracting LLC and Royal Millennium Technical Services LLC. Last updated 12 October 2026.
In short: everything you see in this system belongs to the Companies and is confidential. Do not share any of it with anyone, keep your login to yourself, and keep every record honest and accurate.
1. Who these terms apply to
- These terms apply to everyone who is given access to this operations system — employees, contractors, consultants, accountants, auditors and any other person approved by the IT Manager — for Artirior Contracting LLC and Royal Millennium Technical Services LLC (together, “the Companies”).
- By requesting access, signing in or using the system, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the system.
2. Everything in the system is confidential
- All information in this system belongs to the Companies and is confidential. This includes, without limitation: financial records, ledgers, vouchers, bank and cash balances, reports, tax and VAT information, payroll and salaries, employee records and documents, client and lead details, quotations, invoices, prices and margins, BOQs, contracts, vendor and subcontractor details, project and site information, inventory and stock, tasks, notifications and attendance data.
- You must not share, disclose, discuss, forward, copy, photograph, screenshot, export, print, post or otherwise make available any of this information to any person outside the Companies, or to any colleague who has not been given access to it, in any form — verbally, in writing, by messaging apps, email, social media or otherwise.
- This applies even if the person asking is a client, a vendor, a friend, a family member or a former colleague, and even if you think the information is harmless.
- The only exceptions are disclosures required by law or by a regulator, and disclosures to the Companies’ own appointed accountants and auditors — and these must be approved in advance by an owner or the IT Manager.
3. Use of the system and your account
- Use the system only for the Companies’ business and only for the work your role requires. Access is granted by role; do not try to see or change anything outside it.
- Your account is personal. Never share your password, access code or login with anyone, never sign in on someone else’s behalf, and never let another person use your session. You are responsible for everything done under your account.
- Sign out on shared or public devices. Do not leave a signed-in screen unattended. Report a lost or compromised phone or password to the IT Manager immediately.
- Do not install the app or sign in on devices you do not control, and do not use public or unsecured networks for sensitive work where you can avoid it.
4. Keeping the data accurate
- Enter information truthfully, completely and on time. Do not enter false, misleading or duplicate records, and do not alter, backdate, delete or hide records to mislead anyone.
- Do not bypass approvals, controls, locked periods or permission checks, and do not use another person’s authority to approve your own work.
- Financial entries must be supported by real documents. If you find an error, report it to the accountant or the IT Manager rather than quietly changing it, so that a correction is properly recorded.
- Do not attempt to probe, test, scrape, copy in bulk, reverse-engineer or interfere with the system or its security. Do not upload malicious files.
5. Monitoring and audit trail
- The system records who signed in and who created, changed, approved or deleted information, and when. The Companies may review this activity to protect data integrity, investigate concerns and meet audit and tax obligations.
- Attendance features record the location you clock in or out from, where you are assigned to use them, and are used only for attendance purposes.
6. Documents and copies
- Documents generated here — quotations, invoices, statements, reports, payslips and PDFs — are issued for their named recipient only. Send them only to the people the Companies have authorised, using the Companies’ own channels.
- Do not keep copies of company data on personal devices, personal email or personal cloud storage unless an owner has approved it in writing. Delete any such copy once the work it was for is finished.
7. Breaches
- If you know or suspect that data has been shared, lost or accessed without permission — including by you — tell the IT Manager immediately.
- A breach of these terms may lead to your access being withdrawn at once, disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment or contract, and recovery of any loss caused. Where the law has been broken, the Companies may report the matter to the authorities and pursue legal remedies under the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
8. When your access ends
- Your duty of confidentiality continues after you leave the Companies or your access is removed, for as long as the information remains confidential.
- On leaving, return or delete all company information you hold, and do not use it for any purpose.
9. Changes and questions
- The Companies may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the system after an update means you accept the updated terms.
- Questions about these terms, or about whether something may be shared, go to the IT Manager. If in doubt, do not share it.
